These Terms and Conditions govern the Pigment Squad $1000 Giveaway Lucky Draw and Free Painting Session Promotion (“Promotion”) conducted by Pigment Squad Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By entering the Promotion, you (“entrant”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not participate.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion starts on 16 October 2025 and ends at close of business on 16 November 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
3. Eligibility

Open to Australian residents only.

Entrants under 18 must have parent or guardian consent

Employees of Pigment Squad and their immediate family members (parents, siblings, children, partners) are not eligible.

This promotion is in-store only — online purchases do not qualify.
4. How to Enter
To enter the draw, customers must:
- Like, tag a friend, and share the official giveaway announcement post on Instagram or Facebook before or at the point of purchase

Purchase at least (1) figurine product

Receive a physical receipt as the entry ticket (1 figurine = 1 entry)

Clearly write your details on the back of each ticket:

- Drop your ticket into the ballot box in-store.
All steps must be completed for a valid entry. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.
5. Prizes
🎯 Major Prizes (2x Winners):

$500 AUD cash each, awarded via direct bank transfer or PayID.
🎨 Runner-Up Prizes (3x Winners):

Each receives 1 free figurine painting session for 2 people at Pigment Squad (valued at up to $100 total).

Runner-up prizes must be redeemed by 31 January 2025.

Not exchangeable for cash or transferable.
6. Winner Selection

A total of 5 winners will be randomly drawn from valid entries on 20 November 2025 at Pigment Squad’s studio.

2 winners will receive the major prize.

3 winners will receive runner-up prizes.

Winners will be contacted by phone, email, or social media DM within 3 business days.

If a winner cannot be reached within 3 business days, another valid entry may be drawn.
7. Conditions

Only one entry is permitted per figurine painted.

If you receive multiple entry tickets (for purchases with more than one figurine), please complete all your details on the first ticket. On the remaining tickets, just write your full name and the ticket number (e.g. 2, 3, 4).

Incomplete entries may be deemed invalid.

Pigment Squad’s decision is final and binding.

We reserve the right to disqualify anyone suspected of tampering with or abusing the promotion.
8. Privacy
Personal information provided (name, phone, email, social media) is collected solely for the administration of this Promotion. It may be shared with necessary service providers for prize fulfillment. By entering, you agree:

9. Liability
Pigment Squad is not responsible for:

Lost, stolen, or illegible entry tickets

Technical issues or delays

Personal injury or loss related to participation

Any tax liability associated with accepting a prize
10. Force Majeure
If unforeseen events (e.g. natural disaster, government restrictions) prevent the Promotion from running as planned, we may modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion without liability.
11. Acceptance
Entry into this Promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
12. Publicity
By accepting a prize, winners agree to participate in reasonable promotional activity and allow Pigment Squad to use their name, image, and social media handle(s) in related publicity across media channels without further notice or compensation (unless prohibited by law).
