💸 The $25 deposit will be taken off the total cost of your figurine

🕒 Sessions last 2 hours, but feel free to stay longer if there’s no booking after you.

Cancellation/ Reschedule Policy

We want to make sure you have the best experience with us! To keep things fair for everyone, here's our simple cancellation and rescheduling policy:

  • Cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours' notice: No worries! You can cancel or reschedule without any extra charges, and we'll happily refund your deposit in full.
  • Cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice: We understand life happens, but in this case, the deposit will be forfeited. Unfortunately, no rescheduling or refunds can be provided.
  • No-shows: If you're unable to make it, you'll be charged the full price of the booking, and the deposit will be forfeited. We’re unable to offer rescheduling or refunds for no-shows.
