We want to make sure you have the best experience with us! To keep things fair for everyone, here's our simple cancellation and rescheduling policy:
- Cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours' notice: No worries! You can cancel or reschedule without any extra charges, and we'll happily refund your deposit in full.
- If approved for a refund, youβll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- Cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice: We understand life happens, but in this case, the deposit will be forfeited. Unfortunately, no rescheduling or refunds can be provided.
- No-shows: If you're unable to make it, you'll be charged the full price of the booking, and the deposit will be forfeited. Weβre unable to offer rescheduling or refunds for no-shows.
