How Do I Pick My Store?
Add your fave figurines to the cart and head to checkout. Once you pop in your deets, you’ll see a “Collect in Store” option. And voilà! Just place your order, and we’ll have it ready for you in 1 hour—super quick and easy, right? ✨

Why Isn’t My Local Pigment Squad Showing Up?
Oh no! 😢 And heads up—Click & Collect is only available in Melbourne. If you’re outside Melbourne, stay tuned as we grow! For now, you can still enjoy creating masterpieces with our delivery option—straight to your door. 

How Will I Know When to Collect My Order?
No guessing games here. As soon as your order’s ready, we’ll send you a shiny little email from info@pigmentsquad.com saying, “Come grab your goodies!”

What Should I Bring to Pick It Up?
When you come to the store, make sure you’ve got your Pigment Squad invoice (check your order confirmation email!) and a valid ID. Bring these, and you’re all set! 

Can Someone Else Grab My Order for Me?
Totally! Just make sure they bring along your invoice and proof of ID for both of you. Sharing is caring, right? 💕

How Long Do I Have to Collect My Order?
We get it—life’s a whirlwind! 🌪️ Ideally, grab your order ASAP, but if you’re juggling a million things, you’ve got up to 14 days to pick it up. We’re chill like that. 😉
