Booking Deposit 

A non-refundable deposit of $25 per person is required to secure your booking. Any remaining balance will be calculated based your selected figurine and must be paid on the day.

Cancellation/ reschedule 
  • AnswerTo cancel / reschedule, a minimum of 24-hour notice is required. A notice provided less than 24 hours before your booking time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total deposit paid for your booking.
  • If you face a genuine and unforeseeable emergency, we’re here to help. In such cases, we may issue a full or partial refund of your cancellation fee depending on a case-by-case basis.
Late Arrival
  • If you’re running more than 30 minutes behind ie. no one from your group shows up 30 minutes into the booking, this will result in the same cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total deposit paid for your booking.
